Professionals with a safeguarding concern - Nottinghamshire

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the single point of contact for all professionals to report safeguarding concerns.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm;

Professionals with a safeguarding concern – Nottingham City

Children And Families Direct is the single point of access for support and safeguarding services within Nottingham City.

All services are accessed through the same telephone number, email address or fax number:

Children and Families Direct is operational Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Outside of these hours the telephone number should be used for emergency safeguarding enquiries only.

A Multi-Agency Referral form is available for professionals wanting to make a referral to Nottingham City Council Children's Services. Please find a copy of the template here.
